Warcraft Profession Switch, From Jewelcrafting+Mining to Jewelcrafting+Engineering. Good idea?

So what does everybody think? My two professions now are 401/450 Jewelcrafting and 384/450 Mining. I really want to drop mining for engineering because of the fact of all the cool stuff you can make, and that the highest DPS ammo in the game is made through engineering (I’m a hunter). Mining really has no help with Jewelcrafting besides the rare prospecting of gems that I can easily buy in the auction house. Is there something I’m missing with or, or would it be a better idea to drop it for engineering? (Also love the vehicles you can make!)

If you are going to drop anything for mining I hate to say it cause I know how hard it is to lvl but I would drop Jewelcrafting if anything. Engineering is good for a hunter because I have one but unless you have a ton of money to buy mats or another toon that can mine for the mats it takes to make engineering goods then I wouldn’t drop mining. It is a pain to lvl engineering like jewelcrafting so unless you create another toon just to mine things for you then I would just keep it and not get engineering. Engineers can make good headpieces and good mounts but that is all and jewelcrafting 450 will make you a ton once you get the epic patterns by doing the dailies.

How do i fix world of warcraft’s blue and black error screen?

My monitor goes black and blue alternatively and the sound is heard briefly however after a while it also goes away. Then in 1-3 minutes a bright blue explanation error screen shows up and disappears in seconds then restarts my whole computer. This only affects some of my characters on wow not all.
